ARTISTS STAGE PLAN

To assist the production crew in setting up the stage for you as quickly and efficiently as possible, all artists are required to submit this form.

If any of your performances involve a dramatically different line-up, please submit a form for each line-up.

The Festival does not provide 'backline'. Artists are to provide their amps and drum kits.

PLEASE NOTE: This form will be forwarded to the Venue Manager and Sound Engineer of each performance venue.
