Event Tickets

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

A full refund will be provided to the credit card used for purchase if the event is cancelled. This will happen within 7 days of the the cancellation notification. An email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed.

Merchandise Products

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Please retain you receipt or email confirmation for proof of purchase.

A copy of the original receipt or email confirmation must also be included in the return envelope. Please allow 14 - 30 days for your item to be returned. Freight charges to and from the customer will be paid by Snoyw Mountains of Music.

Delivery Policy

Event Tickets

On-line ticket purchasers will receive an email with the ticket details. The purchaser will need to bring the credit card that was used to make the purchase (online or over the phone).

Merchandise Products

Products will be delivered by Australia Post and posted within 7 days of the order. Delivery time will depend on the destination. Delivery in Australia is usually between 1 and 3 days.
